MyGeoTool is operated by Jakub Gisko, a sole proprietorship (eenmanszaak) registered in the Netherlands, based in Amsterdam («we», «us»). This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit mygeotool.com and when you contact us.
Data we process
Visiting this website: our hosting provider (WordPress.com, operated by Automattic Inc.) processes technical data such as IP addresses and browser information to serve the site and provide aggregate visitor statistics. We do not run our own advertising or cross-site tracking.
Contacting us: if you e-mail us at jakubgisko@mygeotool.com, we process your name, e-mail address and the content of your message in order to reply. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records.
Search data: we use Google Search Console to understand how people find this website. This gives us aggregated, anonymised query data only — never your identity.
Legal basis
We process this data under legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) — operating the website and responding to enquiries — and, where applicable, to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. Data is processed by our service providers (hosting: Automattic/WordPress.com; e-mail: our mailbox provider) under their respective data processing terms.
Your rights
